====================

Hello codeforces

Today I am starting out at gym and I thought that doing some exercises would help me with escaping grey You wonder how ? I've read some articles which says that when people exercises new cells in the brain grow __ so can you give me some tips on :

  1. How Can I grow my muscles.
  2. How to get better in problem solving ?

I'm posting this and I'm afraid of getting a lot of down votes because I've heard that codeforces community is toxic
please show me the opposite ( show some love )..

thanks in advance.

Do as many contests as you can. And do random problems from the "problemset" page that are rated 200 or 300 points higher than your rank. Try until you get stuck, then try for 15 minutes more, and if you still don't have any ideas for the problem, read the editorial and implement the solution described. Good luck :)

      Are you trying your hardest? Meaning you try out all the ideas you have, and then try for a while longer after getting stuck? You won't improve if you read editorial too quickly.

Escaping grey means solving problem A,B (and problem C when contest is easy) of every div.2 contest. Try out as many as problems as you can, have a thorough look at Problem A,B of recent div.2 contest and also try to increase your speed by setting a time limit while solving easy maths,greedy,constructive problems in practice. Master atleast some very basic concepts like modular arithmetic,gcd properties . Solve problems in practice and learn from your mistakes, try to upsolve in every contest.
