Hello! I'm happy to announce The 2nd Universal Cup. Stage 13: Shenyang, which will be held on December 9th, 2023.

This contest is an official ICPC Regional Contest — The 2023 ICPC Asia Shenyang Regional Contest. It is the 9th consecutive year that Northeastern University has hosted the ICPC Asia Shenyang Regional Contest. Great thanks to the host school for preparing the Regional, and the hard work done by all staff and volunteers for this contest.
