I think if I can't gain more rating in Div.2 (if I could keep my Master for long) I have no reason to stay up to 22:35(UTC+8) and solve problems, I could just VP.

I quit Div.2s the moment I reach 2100. Because A-E is just TypeForces for me and the short time of Div.2s make it almost impossible to have enough time to solve F.
Also "not participate in contests = more sleep = better stamina next day = advantage".
What about starting from F?
Then it is not different from solving the single problem in the problemset in any way.
Practice wise not, but for me kinda boosts my confidence

I suggest you go on VP or out of competition, as you are not a stable master and you need more proficiency. When you can solve A-E within 1~1.5 hours, you can surely gain rating in div.1 contests, or your rating would just be shaking like me in the past.
