This page will focus on all the coding contests I participate in , on various online judges__
I intended to keep track of the progress I make through participating in these online contests.
I will reflect on the questions that were asked in each contest, to gauge my progress and understanding.
The following is the rating system followed by Codeforces. Sadly, right now I'm in the bottom rung of the rating ladder ( Newbie :-| ).
However, I do intend to get to the top ( Legendary Grandmaster ;) ) . Don't know how long that would take, but it's sure going to be an interesting journey.

One thing I noticed is that top 250 people never write such blogposts, yet somehow they progress and solve hard problems every single day. Conclusion: don't write blogposts about your future -> better go and solve some problems.
I'm agree with you, it's not a good idea to share something like this while being still a "newbie". However, how great would it be if some of those top 250 people actually had a day-by-day blog about his journey, don't you think?
EDIT: I meant, imagine having a day to day blog of someone who has worked hard and got from newbie, pupil or even expert, to top 250, imagine all the resources, how could that not be awesome?
Till now, I've only seen one person actually hit their target after making a post/comment similar to this blog.

I am quite sure he made that prediction 5years ago after watching some Rajinikanth movies, XD
if you say something this bold, make sure you achieve it no matter what or never say.Also your profile shows you didn't try that much.So it shows that the post was just an attention-seeking one
