Should we give all the contests we can , or we should practice for sometime then give contests and repeat?
Which way has helped you the most? Thanks in advance !

I can't comment. But if u follow Radewoosh advice then solve a lot problems (not questions).
Which way has helped you the most?
I solved QUESTIONS topicwise and gave most of the contests.
ftfy
Do as many contests as possible. It's more practice for solving bugaboos with higher pressure, and it can give you a better intuition of what types of bugaboos are in bugaboosets
Both
generally contests arent frequent enough to interfere with practicing (but don't me wrong, i'd be down to have contests be too frequent for that) so overall its a good idea to do both
