Dear Codeforces,

I am ecstatic to invite you to participate in CodeSprint LA 2024, UCLA ACM-ICPC's annual beginner-friendly algorithms contest, planned for Saturday, May 18, 2024, 10am — 5pm PDT! The contest itself runs from Saturday, May 18, 2024, 11:30am — 4:30pm PDT!

The codesprintla.com website is now live, click here for more details. Or you can go straight to registration at codesprintla.com/register. The registration deadline has been extended to Wednesday, May 15, 2024, 11:59 PDT!

This year we are planning:

  • A 5 hour team competition with ICPC scoring

  • Beginner (around Div. 3-4), High School (Div. 1-3), and Open (around Div. 1-2) divisions

  • Total prize pool of $1700

  • Prize pool of $400 specifically for high school participants

CodeSprint LA 2022 had around 500 participants, and CodeSprint LA 2023 had around 600! Problems are available at:

    ah my apologies. we basically schedule CodeSprint the weekend before the ICPC North American Championship, so it's unfortunate that this results in a time conflict with APIO this year:(
