I don't think there is any such shortcut withuot hardwork. You just have to practice more and more on various rating range problems.
You need to solve nearly all of Div. 4 (though, your rating does not change when you participate in Div. 4 when you become a specialist), solve an average of 5 problems in Div. 3, and solve 3 problems in Div. 2. It will be very challenging to reach expert. I have been struggling to even reach specialist.
If you've already had enough practice, then just participate in rated contests frequently and you may reach expert even less than 2 months. I'm also new in CP(but I've learnt C programming and practiced for about one year) and registered my account several weeks ago and I'm now expert.
Thanks bro this is what I was needed.
