We all remember Humblefool — the greatest, and the first red rated India competitive programmer.

In honor of Humblefool, we are hosting the 2022 Humblefool Cup and the first round takes place on March 17. This round is open to all students.

We are also hosting a special event on April 7 to announce the winners but also celebrate Humblefool and competitive programming. We hope to see some of you there!

Please find all the details here.

This reminds me of the legend Harsha Suryanarayana.

All respect to Humblefool, but I'd like to request a correction-

I have question from different topic: when will the TCO21 t-shirst be shipped? This isn't passive aggressive question (even though it might look like such), I just have no idea...

They have been shipped but I'll look on yours directly for you. Send me an email jessie at topcoder.com and I'll connect you with the right person to check. We had massive delays due to the pandemic and materials. But your shirts are very important to us!

Is this rated for everyone?

Why is this round rated for even div. 1 participants or targets???? The problems are way too easy and inappropriate for div.1-rated contests. For participants with high ratings all that matters in this contest is how many codes you can challenge in the challenge phase.

I concur. Topcoder_Updates please look into this. The contest was definitely too easy for Div-1.

Also, I'd like to bring to light something that I find to be an issue with the system -

Rookie SRMs are very easy, that's intended — understandable, but, they're rated for anyone who has participated in less than 5 contests, regardless of rating. Please update this, as this seems inappropriate as well. My rating is still heavily inflated from my participation in one such contest. It's definitely not right to give rating changes (positive or negative) to relatively high-rated participants on the basis of easy contests.

I understand that my concern only affects a small subset of users, but I'd still appreciate steps to resolve the issue.

Can you publish the list of Top 30 Indians who have qualified for the finals?

What were the criteria for qualifying? I see that participants with a lower rank than me have qualified but I didn't.
