Belgrade,Serbia 23 June- 28 June In Mathematical Grammar School,Belgrade. I think maximum age is 15.
As mentioned above there will be "JBOI" in Serbia from 23rd of June, however I am not certain if it is officially JBOI, as it is a part of the "Mathematical Grammer School, Belgrade" that is a competition in Maths and Physics too. Nonetheless, it's expected to be a good competition and I myself will participate. About the age limit i believe you must be born in 1998 or later.
Update: It might be that you must be born in the second half of 1998 to participate, I am not certain of the exact requirements.

That's good to know, I hope they will provide challenging tasks. Last year I participated too, but it wasn't considered JBOI as far as I know.
Last year it was only MG Cup. JBOI was in Shumen.

I meant that I participated in Mathematical Grammar Cup. Last year I got in Bulgaria's senior national team and therefore I participated in the category up to 12th grade in Shumen, not in the JBOI.

As far as I know, it is not sure yet that there will be an official JBOI this year.

BOI 2015 will be held in Ruse, Bulgaria(the city I live in) and I know that they are still working on the website. It was said that JBOI 2015 will be held in Ruse too, but it turned out that they don't have enough money to host both of them.

As P_Nyagolov said, it is not sure yet that there will be an official JBOI this year, but for now it is planed to be held in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Team Composition Students have to be in school during the year when the contest is held and at most 19 years old from http://jboi2014.dms.rs/index.php?action=show&data=regulations (Official JBOI 2014 website) Is it true ?!
I think they copied the BOI rules and forgot to change the age limit.
