I like listening to music from Risk of Rain during contests. It is not distracting, energetic, but also calm in a way and does not evoke anxiety.

Used to listen to chillstep in the past, sometimes still do that.

I recommend sticking to the same playlist for every contest, because it is a lot easier not to get distracted this way
