Starting today 8th September 16:00 UTC there will be 1 challenge posted daily in increasing order of difficulty.
Penalty will be (Submit — View) time, which allows you to start late. But if you delay by 24 hours 10% score gets decayed per day. More rules can be seen here

Is it possible to solve the second task in least than a minute?
Does the people do not read the task?
I say that because It is very humiliating for me to spend more than 3 hours trying to solve the second task when there are people who do it in just 8 seconds.
That doesn't sound like a very good attitude towards things. If I were to feel humiliated every time tourist or Petr solve a problem I can't (read: always), I would probably be in extreme depression by this point. I'd rather be amused by the fact that there exist such brilliant people in the world :)
This problem is pretty simple. While 8 seconds is completely unreasonable and probably a result of cheating, a time between 1 and 5 minutes is definitely possible.
Lol, my bad. My attitude should be "Keep trying and do the best".
It should be humiliating for the ones who cheat, not you.
