In the contest 1019 (Div 2), I was not able to solve D and saw the submissions were increasing suddenly and went to standings and checked out ranks around 700-800. I observed that people whose contest submissions are skipped are solving todays F and some people who are usually getting 5000-10000 ranks are solving F which had below 200 submissions.

akshat-bhansali, mrkushkansal these are some interesting ids too. akshat-bhansali this person struggles in Div 4 B and couldn't solve Div 4 D sometimes and sometimes he is solving 7 problems in Div 4 and the other one is a legend too. Do checkout these ids. I get frustated seeing these kind of people who are spoiling my rank. MikeMirzayanov do something about these people. I found only three because it was F, I believe there are more if we look in D submissions.
