Not full proof but i think this will help..

Method 1:

More interactive problems. I think interactive problems are more difficult for AI to solve.

Method 2:

Only one submission allowed per question.. Very harsh but this will stop cheaters from giving repeated prompts.. This will also make contest more tough.. less correct submissions.

Method 3:

Well, not really a method.. but I think if problems are described in more verbose manner.. in more informal way.. rather than formal way.. and we are forced to interpret input/output on our own.. then question will be more difficult for AI..

Thank you for reading.

You are absolutely correct. Not only will this stop AI submissions, but it will also stop most other submissions too! If CF dies by implementing this, we will be able to stop AI cheating on CF once and for all!

I think cheating will always happen in online contests. But one thing we should know that cheaters are not cheating on others but cheating on themselves by getting false sense of pride and achievement which isn't valid in the real world. In real world they will be judged by their skill level only. So, one may feel it is unfair for them to get such a good rating and thus they affect other's rating who genuinely work well. But this has a positive side also as it is pushing the human limits to able to outperform AI and thus become smarter and more intelligent.

Yeah that's the theory, but some people seem to think that employers consider CF rating when hiring, and I must admit that I have not seen proof either way... Do employers actually do that?

reality is a bit different, i know 1e9 folks who cheated their way to big tech from CF to OA, also they are also affecting the rating outcomes of honest participants. Rating is not only about dopamine it is supposed be a feedback to the effort and your journey, if the rating i get is not accurate how do i suppose to get accurate feedback about if i have improved or not, I guess have to do self assessment.
