you can create virtual contest in this site http://acm.sgu.ru/vcontests.php but this is the best for me http://www.codeforces.com/blog/entry/2888 because here you can create contest from 9 different online judges (UVa, SPOJ, Live Archive, Codeforces, TJU, SGU, PKU, Timus, ZOJ) and this site have nice options. hope this will help
