Yes , I am using laptop and this occured. But Now this is ok. Now the website is as it was before. Why this happened to me ??

For most users, because of the cache, they can't notice the change.
Maybe it's just a normal maintenance :)
I don't know if this is anyhow related to this change but, I needed links from this post http://mirror.codeforces.com/blog/entry/8219 and post can not be seen fully, it's covered by top rated and etc.. And I have viewed same exact post on this exact computer and I don't remember having problems with pressing on pressing links.
