EDIT: It seems that CodeForces is hosting the VK Cup for Russian speakers only and not saying anything in English. This is not inclusive, at least there should be a message in English saying that it's Russian only...
We're less than a week from VK Cup 2018 first round and I haven't seen any announcement.
Even if it's because it's only for Russian speakers (I hope it's not), it would be good to have an announcement saying that so non-Russian speakers know that.
Also, if it's only for Russian speakers, are non-Russian speakers allowed to participate using an automatic translation tool (i.e. Google Translate) to translate problem statements?

I'm sorry, where it says 5 weeks I read 5 days so I thought we were 5 days away from it, and as it's on the 10th it seemed reasonable, but it's next month's 10th.
VK is used to stealing so much features from Facebook, so they even steal announcement's delay from it!
