Please prolong the round by 1 hour. I am still reading statement of 250.
Reading & understanding take most time, stop it pls. Also I got confused by indices: index 0 is at the right then our answer is when index 0 at the left.
I mean 250 is not that awful if we consider it in a vacuum. But in such a high-stakes round with a 700 problem, the decision to include it was extremely questionable (this is my best attempt to not to be rude).
What is it with TopCoder and base 10 problems?
I, too, love reading novels — but not in a serious contest!
