problem solutions were leaked during the Educational Codeforces Round 186 except F2. Several YouTube channels and Telegram groups shared full solutions.I choose not to post any links here to avoid encouraging cheating. This seriously affected the fairness of the contest.

Recently, many users have noticed an increase in suspicious activity especially related to AI-generated solutions in contests.

I discovered that a "Report User" button already exists, but it’s only available to users with high ratings. I suggest making this feature available to all users.

How It Could Work:

• A button on each profile.
• A simple form (reason: AI, cheating, etc.).
• Reports are reviewed by moderators.

To prevent spam, limits can be added (like max reports per day)

System Testing Stuck at 88%

At 2:00 PM, I checked Div 4 — system testing was at 88%. I thought,"Nice, almost done!"

So I went out,touched some grass,maybe even leveled up in real life.

Came back at 4:10 PM... Still. 88% :)

At this point, I'm not sure if the system is testing my code or my patience.

If this hits 89% today, I might throw a celebration.

I decided to write for you some jokes as a reward for your efforts on Codeforces :)

• Why did the bitwise operator feel powerful? Because it could shift anything.

• Why did the dynamic programmer fail his test? He forgot to memorize his answers.

• Why did the recursion go to therapy? It kept calling itself.

• Why did the competitive programmer get kicked out of the bakery? He kept greedily taking all the bread.

I have been waiting for a Division 3 contest for a long time, but I can participate only on the following days and times:

Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4:35 PM(Egypt)

Tuesday and Saturday after 7:00 PM(Egypt)

I hope I will be able to participate in this Division 3 contest. If I am unable to do so, I hope another Division 3 contest will be scheduled soon.
