ex-ICPC judges participants' abilities with number of passed problems the first, and the penalty the second. In normal ICPC ruleset, the more problem you have solved, the faster you solve them, the stronger you are. But when you start to hack, the situation becomes totally different. When a easy problem (which may cause the smaller penalty) has a weak testset, the hack regarding it will make serious effect in participants' score and rank. But it is ridiculous! In our mind stronger and harder problems should have higher value (as in normal codeforces ruleset), but now easier problem make greater profits. This isn't the role that a "check-in problem" (easiest problem in a contest) should play. So PLEASE, disable hack in ex-ICPC contest, or change the way these contest judge participants. The easiest problem should never be the most important one.

I don't think I wrote abnormal code, so why I got ILE? ILE usually appears in interactive problems, so this is pretty strange.
