How do you solve problem #1 and #2 on usaco gold, January, 2019? I am a observer, so plz just send a private message to me

Are the contests always in Russian time? I live in South Korea, and the contests turn out to be held during midnight, and so I can't really do much.

I've been trying to raise my contribution ever since I registered. I'm just wondering what the meaning of contribution is, and one more thing: Would you gain contributions by having good comments or blogs?

I've been using iostream for c++14 for a long time. Would it be more simple if I switched to stdio.h?

Who are the ones creating the contests? What if you want to? Do you have to ask anybody? I sort of want to create one.

In my first contest, how many problems do I have to get right in order to go straight to expert level? Or should I just solve one problem and from then get my ranking high. Also, how do I get my ranking high? Do I have to solve a lot of problems in a contest, or do some hacking? For contribution, I just wanted to know what the meaning of it is. Does it affect anything? I only just started this website so I'm not really sure... :)
