1. First,download subline text and install from the website.If any face problem just go to youtube.

2. Download MINGW and insallation and edit the system environment variables.Then check c++ version through CMD(open cmd and write c++ --version ) If show me the version then you will understand that your MINGW set up is successfull.If any face problem just go to youtube.

3.And finally open the subline text and install package.Here the link where all process link.
