You’re not that smart. Go spam rewinding with the same thing. |
|

"Much earlier" They still jumped to 4th place. |
|

Then they jumped to 4th place. I am still more correct than rewinding. |

They were rank 4. |

My prediction is closer to reality |

pretty sure MIT won't win anything |

ICPC should stay a university contest. |
|
0
only 200 people? |
|
0
Some people? Who? Being in the top 10 CPers in the country isn't good enough? |
|
+3
"Almost every single one" — lists only one |
|
+8
Codeforces, Leetcode, so many sites. |
|

USACO Gold, Platinum, other countries' equivalents not good enough? Having two major CP contests at the same age level is bad. |
|
-16
i don't get the purpose of this. IOI isn't good enough? |
|
+4
chinese need to relax and wait for icpc at the college level |
|
-26
The MIT team is all foreign Chinese. Yikes |

what did he do |

so happy MIT didnt win a second time |

Yawn. This site can't make up its mind about taking IQ tests Lol |
|
-10
any takers |
|
-13
I've seen grandmasters take IQ tests on here. They do care. |
|
0
a lot of people |

Why all the downvotes? He just did one contest then pussied out. |

A_G beat tourist. A_G is the new GOAT. |
|
+4
I wonder who this person is. |

I know someone who scored 145+ on the Norway test, yet switched to history from physics in university. I also knew a lot of people who scored 145+ on Norway, yet can't get as good scores on much easier tests. These online IQ tests don't mean anything, and I struggle to see how this post gets 250 upvotes. |
|

I still believe that talent plays a much bigger factor in success than what cruise believed. tourist has been at the top of CodeForces for 10 years. You would think that someone would have already supplanted him by now. |
|
0
If that is true, then why doesn't this user have the highest rating? https://mirror.codeforces.com/profile/tenkei |
|
-46
Obviously, his way of practicing did not work for the 2022 IOI. He did worse. |
|
+16
He ragequitted after not winning the previous year. |

Only losers call out cheating. Pathetic, really. |

I don't understand why your comment got upvoted 9 times while mine was downvoted to oblivion. Mine are better. |

That would be me. |

Shit name. |

It was a bad joke. That's why. |

If they cheat, let them. They're cheating themselves, and they will pay the price for it later. |

If tourist participated, he would have already gone over 3800. Too bad he didn't participate. |

You seem to have plateaued at 2600 rating. |

Learn how to talk without saying "bruh." |

Benq already had an extensive math background by the time he started doing coding competitions, and Luke Robitaille made USACO Platinum quite easily after many years of math contest preparation. From this, I assume that having lots of experience with math competitions does help tremendously with coding competitions and that having little to no experience with math contests would give you a more difficult time with coding competitions. Do you not agree with this? |
|
0
Congratulations to tourist for winning second place! |
|
0
Yes, you can see the rating changes on the standings page. |
|
-32
Benq only competes when he knows he will get first. Otherwise, he doesn't compete to protect his rating. Conspiracy? |
|
-22
Imagine making competitive coding problems. |
|

Can you answer my question here? |
|

Are you saying that I'm incapable of doing math? |

A couple of days of posting and I'm already in the top 30. I hope it will stay that way when I become number one on the top rated leaderboard. |

You solved only one problem here though. |

It's already being ruled by people in the 15-25 age group. It has been for a long time. |

Prepare for the possibility of an alt competing and your rating will go up even higher if you work hard. There is nothing wrong here. It only benefits you. |
|
0
It doesn't mean that they don't care about the IOI as well. |
|
-17
Are you sure? Maybe they're forced to do it because of their parents 24/7. |
|
-54
Ambiguous English, but that wasn't what he meant. |
|
-66
They're forced by their parents to do competitive coding among other things. 23 Chinese disagreeing??? They don't want to be reminded. |
|
-43
Yes. |
|
-77
Probably. I don't know. |

I'm sure that all of the top 10 here are unmarried. |

Why do you care about t-shirt winners when you didn't participate? |

Why do you care about a t-shirt? |

I downvoted you too. ;))) |

The person who made the comment about t-shirt winners is unrated, and he has 22 upvotes now. |

I wonder why I got downvoted into oblivion for offering a decent suggestion while the downvoters didn't even reply with a better one. Ridiculous. |

Mythical Grandmaster or Chimeric Grandmaster. Chimeric Master for 4000-5000 and Mythical or Chimeric Grandmaster for 5000+ works. |

Neither of them. |

I've done so much better on other online IQ tests. Too bad the OP didn't use one of them so that my ego can be inflated even more. |

After 3 years though. |

You didn't solve 1589 problems and you have no rank. |

Anagrams literally destroyed me, but I got a 25 on the vocabulary which indicates a high IQ. The WAIS-IV doesn't do anagrams. There is obviously a correlation there. I would love to know who the person with the 140 Verbal IQ is. |
|
0
Will a 142 IQ Memory and a 141 IQ Spatial be good enough for competitive coding? |
|
0
That should be obvious. |
|
+2
No correlation. |
|
0
I'm not sure about the validity of this test. Don't trust online IQ tests. Instead, you should have asked for scores from legitimate IQ tests such as the WISC-V and the Stanford-Binet 5. |
|

Yet, he's not a legendary grandmaster. I wonder what the reason is. |

Nice. |
