Maybe try the site A2OJ.. it has problems sorted by level from codeforces and many other sites.

if i am able to do 2 questions now ,,, should i focus my practice on doing first two question faster or practice enough to tackle the third?

just think how will you minimize your cost the most .. by halving the maximum element in your list..
