The competition was organized by the Croatian Computer Science Association (est. 1985) and was hosted by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, Croatia, from November 18 to November 20, 2016. There were university students from seven countries (Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia).
