We are thrilled to invite you to QuantFest, a premier quant finance event brought to you by IICPC, sponsored by Jane Street, Tower Research Capital, Hudson River Trading and IMC!

All students from host campuses are expected to appear on-site for prelims. Everyone else, including those who have graduated can appear in the online mirror. We will have 95% seats for on-site students and 5% seats for online mirror students in the regionals. International Students will have separate seats.

Details

Quantfest is a 3 stage Individual Contest:

Stage 1 (Prelims) : To be held on campus by all 23 IITs, IIITH, IIITD, IIITA, IIITL, BITS Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad, IISc and ISI in screen proctored mode on 24th August. Students not from these campuses can appear in online mirror
Stage 2 (Regionals) : Regionals to be held across 10 IITs on 27th September.
Stage 3 (Grand Finale) : To be held across 3 days from 31st October to 2nd November at Research Park IIT Madras, ITC Grand Chola and IIT Madras ICSR.

Note : Accommodation for Regionals would have to be managed. For Grand Finale, we have booked good accommodation for all the finalist. We recommend you to pick your closest Regional Center as preference in the registration form.

Qualification

There are 600 slots in the Regionals and 75 for the Finals.

(Prelims to Regionals Qualification) : In the CodeForces Contest, top 600 in the ranklist will move on to the Regionals, subject to screen recording checking.
(Regionals to Finale Qualification) : Top 75 participants from the regionals will move on the the Grand Finale.

We want to make this event very memorable for each and every participant so we have decided to have a total prize pool of 8 lacs+ and Cash prize of 3.5 lacs+. Moreover, all finalists and regionalists will receive T-shirts, Goodie Bags and Certificates.
