hey Codeforces team. i was looking at yesteray's div4 standings and saw a shocking thing. very first person [user:2009_TPhong],2025-09-14] on standings is cheater. as you can see his last submission [submission:338527275] tepmplate got changed. also in this submission [submission:338416943] he forgot to delete one line of comment. he/she didnt even delete comments for problem C solution [submission:338406796]. so i ask the coordinator of the round [user:cry,2025-09-14], the headquarter of the site [user:MikeMirzayanov,2025-09-14] to take action. this will affect a lot to the users who were pupil(for the users whom round was rated). this isnt fair, and i require [user:cry,2025-09-14] to skip all of his/her submissions.
