I created a problem on Polygon when it suddenly crashed with HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. After Polygon restored its service, I found that the problem I just created cannot be edited — I cannot start my working copy. When I click “Start”, it looks like:

One of my problems was created two years ago, encountering the same bug, but now it is still broken, so the solution “try again later” does not hold. I have not started my working copy, so the solution “remove the current problem working copy” does not hold either.
My other problems do not have the same bug.
Even worse, I cannot delete the problem (deleting it requires editing it), which means that this problem name will always follow me and can never be used for my other problems in the future.
I am seeking a solution — I do not mind deleting the problem; after all, I have not started it yet.
By the way, Polygon is intermittently encountering HTTP 502 Bad Gateway.
