I've been trying to access the **AtCoder** website, but it seems to be broken. For a long time now, the site has been loading as plain text without any CSS styling or images, making it impossible to use. I have attached a screenshot below.↵

Is anyone else facing this same issue? Just wanted to confirm if this is a widespread problem.↵
