Arkavidia is an annual event hosted by Bandung Institute of Technology. It is one of the largest student-run IT events in Indonesia and competitive programming contest is one of the competitions hosted.

UPD3: It turns out that some tests in problem E didn't satisfy the problem's input constraints. However, even though 2 people were affected by this, the effect on the overall scoreboard is very small. Although not ideal, we decided to fix the incorrect tests, rejudge all submissions after the contest, and adjust the new rating changes, keeping the contest rated. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
