I was trying to hack solutions from a recent Codeforces contest and opened quite a few submissions, as I usually do while testing. But, my account has now been flagged as a crawler, and I’m unable to access anything, I keep getting logged out automatically.

Does anyone know how long this temporary block usually lasts, or what I should do to resolve it? I’ve already changed my password twice and tried logging in and out again, but the issue is still there.
