Finals (Offline Round)
Top performing teams from the online round will be invited to the offline finals at IIIT Allahabad.
The finals will be conducted on campus, where selected teams will compete in an intense ICPC-style showdown.
Contest Format
CodeRed follows the classic ICPC-style contest format.
Rules
- Team size: 3 participants
- Duration: 3 hours
- Scoring: ICPC penalty scoring
- Machine: One machine per team
The problem set will include a mix of challenges testing:
- Speed
- Algorithmic insight
- Team coordination
Prize Pool (Finals)
The competition features a total prize pool of ₹50,000, distributed as follows:
1st Place: ₹16,000
2nd Place: ₹13,000
3rd Place: ₹10,000
First Solve Bonus: ₹1,000 for the first team to solve each problem

Rules and Guidelines
All participants must follow the official contest rules and submission requirements. Teams are strongly advised to review the complete rulebook and ensure their recording setup is properly configured before the contest begins.

OBS Recording Requirement
All teams must follow the proctoring and screen-recording requirements specified by the organizers.
The setup instructions for recording using OBS Studio are provided in the official proctoring guide.

To ensure contest integrity, teams must record their contest session using OBS Studio.
To maintain the integrity of the contest, the following rules will be strictly enforced:
- Use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar systems) during the contest is strictly prohibited.
- Teams must solve all problems independently without external assistance.
- Any form of plagiarism, collaboration between teams, or unfair means may lead to disqualification.
In case if all members are not available at one place, all three of them must be connected through any online platform and only one system can be used for typing code. This machine must remain the same throughout the contest duration. Recording of the entire meet has to be uploaded and if multiple machines are found to be used for typing then it will lead to disqualification.
The organizers may perform submission reviews and anti-cheating checks.
Important Notice
All decisions related to qualification for the offline finals, disqualification, rule interpretation, contest administration, and resolution of any discrepancies or disputes will be taken by the organizers, and these decisions will be final and binding.
Team Reference Document Submission
- The reference document must be submitted through the official Google Form provided below.
- Only one submission per team is allowed.
- The document must be uploaded in PDF format only.
- The document must not exceed 15 pages.
