Are we Humans or just High-Performance Machines?

Hey everyone, Lately, while spending long hours solving problems on Codeforces, I keep asking myself one question: Am I still building my future… or have I started treating my entire life like an algorithm? We calculate every decision, every relationship, every moment of rest — always searching for the "optimal solution". Slowly, we forget that we are human. We make mistakes. We need rest. We need to laugh. We need real connections with people — not just cold logic and calculations. When skill or intelligence makes us feel superior to others, or when it causes us to lose our humility and kindness… then we have already lost more than we have gained. True success is not only reaching a high rating or solving hard problem sets. True success is keeping your humanity, your humility, and your relationships with the people around you. There are many problem sets in this world, but none of them is worth losing your nature or your heart for. Stay human first… then be a programmer. P.S. If you feel like you’ve become a “machine” and can’t switch your brain off, take a break, talk to a friend, or even just sleep. That’s not weakness — that’s what makes us human.
