help me in finding a way to do graphs and similar topics. share the way you used while you were learning these topics. share the resources that you guys used like video tutorials etc.

Hello guys , i have started doing problems higher than my rating. But i need suggestions related to "how to practice problems" , do i need to take a break for learning topics like dp , graphs etc? and once I'll become intermediate in these topics I'll again start giving contest. Currently I am doing random problems(myrating + 400) , do i need to filter problems using tags and then practice or it is good to practice randomly?

Please give suggestion so that I'll become better.

is there anyone interested in learning concepts and practicing together for icpc???

i know how to solve the this question for the cases where x(the current rating) is less than the ratings of other players but not able to recognise what to do when when the ratings of all players are greater than x.
