Two days ago, I registered for the Div3 contest happening tomorrow. At the time, I was rated 1643 (Expert). Yesterday, I participated in a Div2 contest, lost rating, and became a Specialist.

Today, I checked my participation status for the Div3 contest, and I am still listed as "out of competition". I have attached an image to this post showing what I see when I enter the contest area.

My question is: Will I truly participate as "out of competition," or will my participation affect my rating? Thank you in advance for your answers.

UPDATE: I unregistered and registered again and it has fixed the issue. This is also the first round with unrated register so that might have affected the issue.
