If I have submitted 2 accepted solutions in Div 3. Will the later one be considered as my final solution and analyzed in system testing???

I would like to ask codeforces community that till when is this nonsense of shifting to m1.codeforces is going to continue. I really respect codeforces and appreciate the work of team but this server issue is really getting on my nerve. I have only used codeforces in my life so I don't know about other platforms.

But let me state that shifting to m1.codeforces one or two times is understandable but shifting there in each and every contest and returning to main codeforces after 30 or 40 minutes is waste of time and mind. I am unable to concentrate properly due to this "404 or 503 issue". If 27k people are registering for a contest then don't break their trust.

Please I request you to rectify this issue !!!

My doubt is in C-2 (Dual {hard} ). My accepted solution => 217412546 Can anyone tell me why am I getting runtime error?

I am new to codeforces. So, I am not sure whether it is correct for me to ask my doubt here or not. So, if anyone knows some discuss forums please let me know...

My doubt is in C-2 (Dual {hard} ). My accepted solution => 216626455 if I comment out the "if statements" in the last 2 paragraphs, then I get wrong answer in test case -2. Can anyone give me a testcase for which it may fail if I comment out those statements??
