Hey Codeforces!

This is my first blog post, and it's about something really close to my heart.

Like many of you, I spent years competing in the ICPC. This year, I had the incredible opportunity to see the contest from the other side, serving as the Technical Committee Chair for the ICPC Regional Bangkok 2025.

My main goal in serving this role is, as a former competitor, to try my hardest to build the best possible experience for every contestant.
