Hello Codeforces community,

I’m writing this on behalf of my friend whose Codeforces account, Beroo, has been hacked. The attacker has changed both the email address and the password, so my friend is now completely locked out of the account and is unable to recover it through the normal password reset method.

This account is very important to them, representing a lot of hard work, contests, and learning. It would be deeply disappointing to lose it permanently.

We are kindly asking for help from MikeMirzayanov or any Codeforces administrator who can assist with recovering access. Since the associated email has been changed, we hope the support team can verify ownership through any available means — previous email address, IP logs, contest history, or other verifiable information.

My friend is ready to provide any necessary proof of identity or ownership.
