It's already been extraordinarily long and still the rating changes haven't arrived for the last Edu round.

I don't remember having this much delay anytime in past.

UPD: The rating changes are finally here!!

There had been no cloudflare from a long time until the past few days. But now it's back and in a very large quantity. My guess is that there is some timer or counter.

I don't understand what attackers get from what they do. I hope this is just an experiment rather than a move against them.

Nevertheless, I hope that the situation gets normal soon.

I don't know how many of you have encountered/noticed this problem but my Chrome always gets hanged when I open any standings page. Maybe this is Codeforces' problem, Chrome's problem or something else in disguise. But it isn't very pleasant.

Many of you might remember the issue when Codeforces was not loading, but instead downloading a file named download. And that got fixed pretty quickly.
But the issue still persists with mirror.codeforces.com, even after a long time has passed.

So the question is: Is the plan to shut it down completely, or will it get fixed soon?

These days, there have been a lot of blog posts about cheaters.

And if you ask me, I'm tired of seeing "Cheater Exposed" and ... whatever blah blah.

Anyways, the number of cheaters is gradually increasing (or maybe just cheaters' reports increased), which could lead to consequences like decreasing the value of Codeforces; a large subset of participants are cheaters and a majority of blog posts are about Cheaters.

Admins really need to take some action about the current situation.

And to those Exposers, Patrols, Clubs, Investigators, Detectives, Hawk-eye and whatever they call themselves(sorry If I missed your "title"):
I'd like to say maybe let's just wait for some admin to take notice, I hope, soon some admin will write about the current circumstances. Maybe let's just let them be them, in my opinion, anyone who has reached a level of CM or even expert is already mature enough that they'll not even think about these things. Most of these people are just stuck newbies/pupils, and what could they even achieve from cheating, trust me, literally nothing. And if you're here just for practice and improvement, you shouldn't really care about these people.

I hope you would have enjoyed the recent contest Div.4 as its always easy for most of the community.
But there can be some problems,
And I would not like to waste your time on reading unnecessary things , so let me just start the real blog...
Today's contest's E problem 1829E - The Lakes was very much similar to this (or rather the same)
Actually the problem statements were different (but there was water in both ;) ) but the solution was exactly the same if you copy code of one problem and submit it into another it would get accepted but of course you would have to add/remove the code of multiple test cases.
Now what I want to say that this could be a coincidence , I don't want to blame any of the writers or testers but this thing needs be looked out. Because these kind of things really effects the contest results and hard work of many.
And the thing left about that the contest would be rated or unrated is simply the decision of MikeMirzayanov and the contest creators.
