Uzhlyandian Wars is real game, it developed about a half year ago by me and giraffeh, Barichek, Adalbert, VitaliyZubanich. It is step-by-step strategy about wars in the Great Uzhlyandian Empire.
Yes, if you search on the internet, you will get a github project with a few watches and stars, and a prezi presentation written by a kind of Cyrillic script. This evidence makes me believe it should be real but not very confident about it. I fell much clear now. Thanks again.
