I don't know why this is like this, is there any particular reason or no one pointed out this yet.
I don't want to spoil problems with tags every time, I only want to see them if I'm stuck and use them as hints.
But it is so inconvenient to go to settings or go to the "all problems" page and change the setting there just for a single problem.

Why there is no expand button in the UI, just like how we have in other parts of the site.
It's just a small change, but a much-needed one.
By default problem tags should always be collapsed, so that you can use them like hints.
