As we all know, there were a lot of cheaters in the last Div.2. Here is a list of cheaters among the top 10:

• souvik222 (Obvious ChatGPT code, bro didn't even have time to remove comments)

• Egor12p (Bro copy and pasted GPT Code, Used multiple languages, and didn't have time to remove comments)

• Yolandina (Code for D matches with Egor12p)

• sudo013 (Tried to obfuscate the code for D, which is illegal itself, but also it matches with Egor12p)

• heehey12 (Same thing, their code for D matches with the legendary Egor12p)

I request MikeMirzayanov and KAN to take serious action against cheating in the contest. Second, these might not be the only ones in the top 10; there might be more. Third, if there are this many in the top 10, then the number of cheaters in the standings might be as high as 2000 or even more. I think the community needs to take serious action on this topic!

Are the rating changes of round 990 going to happen with reference to rating before the previous educational or after that previous educational round.
