OI checklist provides a great way to keep track of the problems of various past OI problems. I wonder if there is a similar kind of website to keep track of the ICPC problems. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello everyone.
As you can see from my contests history, one day I will do very well, but in the very next contest my performance is rated at 1100 or so. I lost over 130 rating points in the last contest, which has been very frustrating. I know I should not focus on rating, but huge rating losses causes me anxiety and I can't train effectively because of the anxiety.
Thus, if someone suggests me on how to be consistent in contest performance and training, it would be very much appreciated. I also want to know what methods worked for you and what did not.
