I have done CS50 before and know some basic programming in C and Python. Recently, I started switching to C++ for competitive programming.

Can anyone suggest some good courses or resources for beginners that actually help to improve problem solving and move up in contests? I want something practical, not too much theory, and that helps me progress fast.

Any roadmap advice would also help.
