Hello, Codeforces!

Recently in Ukraine the Ukrainian Olympiad of Informatics (UOI) took place. It had two tournaments at 31st of March and 1st of April. On the both tournaments there was, in my opinion, a pretty strange occasion: rightly during the both tournaments on the website https://oi.in.ua/category/uoi/ the statements were published. Furthermore, the statements were shown step by step on the stream of the 1st tournament https://www.youtube.com/live/ZIlGzWDMkH8?feature=share (moments 1:06:20, 1:10:20, 2:32:55, 3:37:15) and 2nd tournament https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqP9rR3RsLA (moments 2:42:15, 4:40:20).

How do you think, could the statements of the problems be published during, but not after the olympiad? Can it affect on the results and honesty of the olympiad?
