The regular contest timing here is from 8 pm to 10 pm. After giving a contest i feel exhausted and i think that i will upsolve the contest next day. I do have time to upsolve like i stay awake till 1 am but i don't have mental energy but at the same time i see lot of people upsolve the same day. I am also doing internship now so i only have limited hours to do cp. So it would be a great help if you share about :

1) When you feel burnout or exhausted what do you do? how you overcome it.

2) What do you do after contest ends?

3) If you are doing job/internship then how you manage both.

If would be greatly help me to if you can answer any of the questions above. Also it will help others that are in similar situations as me. thanks in advance.

this is the question i am trying to solve .
this is its editorial .

I didn't quite understood soln in the editorial . I got that they are pre computing knapsack dp of n*n*k
that is knapsack dp of sum . But i didn't understand the fulcrum concept . they say that you have to take
subset from { 1 , 2 , .... ,m-1 } and { 1 , 2, ...... , n-m} . why i mean how will it solve the question ??
what are they trying to say?

Even the smallest help is welcome , i tried asking my friends but they also don't understand the editorial.
