Hello dear programmers! I have one question. I have two different penalties when I click on unofficial results. During Codeforces Round #806 (Div. 4) I submitted solutions for all problems, but I got points only for problems E and G. I don't know if it's a platform glitch or I didn't understand something. Here is the evidence.

A similar thing happened for me — official results show that I am an official participant and solved only 3 problems: A, E, G. That's odd because I didn't even solve in that order.
Possibly a glitch for participants who were officially div 4 in the previous contest

This is a silly issue tbh. I won't worry about it at all.
Your rating shouldn't update because it's greater than 1400 anyways.
