To be clear I am asking to hide the rating column from the problemset page, not the rating tag on the problem description page.

[Edit]: How to make it work only on a single page? It blocks coumns from every codeforces page.

For completeness, donwload this extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en .
And block the unwanted columns using element picker in the extension. You might need to create two filters, one for the column header (the lightening sign), the other for the actual ratings.
