Meta Hacker Cup Shirts
The Hacker Cup Team has done a bunch of work over the past year to streamline the shirt claiming process, and we're excited for you to finally see what we've added. You can now see the Hacker Cup Prizes you've earned in the past (and the ones available to claim this year) on your profile, with tracking codes, links to claim them, and your claim codes built into the site. Emails this year will also be coming from us, rather than from our third party, which should help prevent them from being marked as spam.
If you participated in Meta Hacker Cup this year and placed in the top 2000 of Round 2, you can now claim your shirt on your Hacker Cup profile page.
You must claim your shirt by November 18th. We will not be shipping shirts after the 18th.
Due to regulations, Meta is not able to support prize shipments to the following countries at this time:
Shirts shipped to addresses in the United States should be delivered within 3 business days of being claimed. Shirts delivered to addresses outside the United States may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered.
Links to track your shipment can be found on your profile page once your shirt is shipped. Please note that you must have to claim your shirt from our vendor's website using the code in your profile. Their website looks like this:
Update: Last week to claim shirts! You have until the 18th to claim your shirt and work out any claiming issues if you have not done so yet. After the 18th, we will need to focus on the Hacker Cup Finals, so we will no longer be delivering shirts for the 2022 season.
Update: 24 hours left to claim your shirt if you have not yet! Also, if the address you are shipping to is located in India, you may need to fill out your KYC documents on https://kyc.fedex.com.

Is the email about t-shirts from codingcontests@facebookmail.com genuine? Looks phishy to me, however your post around the same time makes me think it's ok. Why do you always send emails from different domains?
Yes it's genuine.
As mentioned in the post, emails this year (and likely in future years) will be coming from us, rather than from our third party, which should help prevent them from being marked as spam.
Before, emails from Hacker Cup were coming from @eventsatfacebook.com and even earlier from @fb.com. It's somewhat difficult to track the correct domain.
Also, on the main page it says "For inquiries regarding prizes, account deletion requests, or other aspects of the Meta Hacker Cup, please send an email to hackercup@meta.com.", which is yet another domain.
Out of these, I would only trust @meta.com and @fb.com.

Hi, the character limit is 35, but there are also 3 lines. If your address does not fit entirely on one line, please use the other two lines as well.

What is the URL of the website you cannot enter, and what error message are you getting?
fbhackercup.jniwebshop.com, when I tried to redeem my promo code, it said access denied by sucuri website firewall
It looks like most people are not having this issue. If you can try connecting from a different wifi network or using a VPN, that may fix the issue. It's possible that your school or wifi owner is preventing access to the page if it has a whitelist of available websites for some reason.
I have already solved my problem thanks to VPN and claimed my t-shirt , but thank you anyway.

We just ordered more from our supplier, so if it was preventing you from ordering, please try again. (We received way more orders in a much shorter time span than we did last year, probably the new system was so much easier to use)

Can I change my T-shirt size after third party receives it?
There was no option to choose t-shirt of size XL or XXL, more precisely there were no in stock, is L the max size? Or was I just too late for one?
I'm confident they'll be available again on Monday. I've sent multiple emails to our distributor over the past 24 hours asking them to increase the stock since we've ordered more, but it looks like they're not available on weekends :(

Did you pay shipping fees? Last day a cargo came to me and asked for 30$ shipping fee. I rejected it and now I'm wondering about if it was the tshirt that meta sent.

So, this is maybe leftover from conversations I had in a past life in an unpopular sport, but are there any unspoken rules about preserving these shirts by not wearing or laundering them (either at-all or just not excessively)?
It made less sense in said (perpetually 'fastest growing') sport because most of the swag was supplied by a handful of tournament-local startups owned by other players, so they were made with practical considerations and... well, let's just say they'll outlast everything including my knees, relationships, the sun etc. Point being, it rarely came up in conversation, but when it did, it escalated really weirdly because of people REALLY wanting to preserve lots of durable useful clothing as if they were museum pieces.
tl;dr I'm allegedly an adult but I'm afraid of ruining what's likely to be a very limited pool of t-shirt winnings. Should I a) encase in carbonite? b) start a quilt? c) wear as often as possible, never do laundry again? d) eat them because that's the only way to keep their memory eternal? e) ???
Follow-up: my hackercup shirt already got toddler'd, am I now cursed to keep regressing to green but only right after div4 rounds? Also, if I follow local suggestions to use giftcard winnings to just buy clothes, what's the best way to explain why that's wrong? Please advise.

FedEx is worst i feel. They're rejecting my application multiple times for quite weird reasons ;( The courier service provider of last year was far nice as compared to this year. Why the hell they want letter from college head when it's for my personal use only!!!!

No actually they rejected it by giving some weird reason, I'll try to figure out in call... But yes, it would be sufficient i think.
At what point/when did they ask you for all these documents? I have uploaded just my Pancard and they have not asked me for anything else yet. And the tracking is showing that my package has arrived in Delhi.

The shopping cart was empty for me as well but my shirt had been ordered successfully. Should be fine as long as you have received the confirmation mail.

My shipping address is different from my permanent address. Is that fine since my shipping address will not match the one on the KYC docs?

Did anyone else get this issue ? On tracking my shipment it shows this and there is no one to answer when I call FedEx Customer Service. What should I do?
But the problem is that they have already verified the KYC documents from my side.
