As you can see,I'm not good at solving hard problems,my atcoder rating is 2138,and because of the time,I didn't compete lot in Codeforces,so my CF rating is even lower than my atcoder.
I could solve *2000 problems and some of *2100~2900 problems by myself in codeforces,but I can't solve *2100 or more problems by myself,what can I do?

Anyway, assuming youre not a cheater, i believe youre somewhat good at cp, since if you didnt fst you would have the same performance as a lot of my master friends. At this point I don't think there's much to it aside from doing problems that you have trouble with.
Also, cf/atc skill doesn't necessarily translate to OI, you might want to train with problems from your national OI or other OIs.

Your ability to confuse code is really bad. I suggest you improve your ability to confuse code, you should go beyond changing variable names and try to change part of the logic, such as replacing dp with memory dfs. and then you can get code from your high-level friends and improve rating.🤣👉
