The Contest is void in Cuba, North Korea, Quebec, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Syria and where prohibited by law.

Why Cuba, North Korea, Quebec, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Syria participants can't participate?

    I think it's because of political reasons. May be Google don't want to mess with visa for these participants, if they qualify for finals.
